Responsibilities

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Manage the annual compliance training program from planning through execution and reporting
  • Develop procedures and maintain the centralized policy repository
  • Conduct internal compliance reviews across business units
  • Review and approve marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze compliance data to identify trends and potential compliance issues
Qualifications

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of certification(s) and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience supporting employee benefits compliance
  • Above-average knowledge of consumer-driven benefits, including HSAs and FSAs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing projects
Preferred Qualifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CRCM, CCEP, HSAS, CFC)
  • Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Experience with compliance-related complaints and resolution
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI solutions
  • Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving abilities
