• Proactively source acquisition opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and Linked In
• Identify, research, and engage founders, CEOs, and owners of software and technology-enabled businesses
• Execute structured outreach cadences and refine messaging based on feedback
• Initiate early-stage conversations and book meetings for senior M&A and Business Development leaders
• Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene in Salesforce, including tracking activities and pipeline stages

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, M&A origination, or high-volume outbound roles
• Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and handle objections confidently
• Strong interest in M&A, corporate development, and software or SaaS businesses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and urgency

• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Linked In, AI, and outbound sequencing tools
• Business acumen and problem-solving mindset; financial literacy is a plus
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Salary up to $75,000
• 3 weeks of vacation and 5 personal days
