As a Business Development Specialist
, you’ll play a key role in driving attendance and engagement for our cornerstone events, including Growth
CLUB, 90-Day Planning Sessions, Lunch & Learns, and Master
CLASSES. Your focus will be on building relationships, identifying opportunities to connect with prospective and existing clients, and ensuring each event is filled with the right mix of business owners and professionals.
You’ll work closely with the coaching and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies, manage follow-ups, and coordinate event communications that inspire participation. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on engagement — perfect for someone who thrives on connecting people, promoting growth-focused programs, and turning interest into action.
- Drive attendance for Growth
CLUB, 90-Day Planning, Lunch & Learn, and Master
CLASSES events. - Identify and engage prospective clients through direct marketing which includes but is not limited to calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat participation.
- Coordinate event communication, including invitations, reminders, and confirmations.
- Work with marketing to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Track and report on outreach metrics and attendance goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach with attention to detail.
- Experience in business development, sales, event coordination, and/or client engagement.
- Comfort with CRM systems and outreach tools.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping businesses grow.

Job LocationThis position will be based at our Spokane Valley office with a flexible schedule and potentially some remote work.
Hours20 Hours per week. Our office hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The firm holds weekly meetings that require mandatory attendance. There will be various networking and other events that are outside of office hours that this position will be required to attend. This is a part-time position initially with the potential to evolve to full-time.
Pay$22 per hour and bonuses per our bonus structure.
