• Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
• Provide technical expertise on plan design, compliance, and due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
• Create training materials to enhance the professional development of field colleagues in qualified plan administration
• Draft external communication resources for client and prospect engagement on relevant topics

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Bachelor’s Degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills
• Experience reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to innovate and continuously acquire new skills
