Position: Business Services Specialist II (Plus One)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage communication and transaction support between the employer and commercial clients/buyers
  • Maintain Smartsheet tracking for gate pass verification and client assistance workflows
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues while adhering to company policies
  • Generate buyer gate releases and collaborate with teams for vehicle release verification
  • Monitor and update vehicle notes and manage shared communication channels
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Physical ability and mental acuity to perform job duties within required time frames
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet established KPIs
  • Experience with managing internal and external account relationships
  • Proficiency in using Smartsheet and AS400 systems for tracking and reporting
  • Ability to efficiently follow established client and procedural SOPs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in an administrative role within the automotive or related industry
  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms used for client interaction
  • Skills in collaborating with teams to address client needs and resolve issues
  • Previous experience in a role requiring effective problem resolution and client service
