Program Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to design, develop, and support a suite of Power Platform-based solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports, for the Talent Acquisition and HR Operation group.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business objectives and convert these into comprehensive program requirements and technical specifications.
• Design, implement, and deliver reporting solutions utilizing Power BI.
• Conduct data analysis and provide troubleshooting support for user inquiries and issues.
• Facilitate user education and training.
• Participate in daily stand-ups between 8 to 11 AM PST to review progress, address blockers, and share updates.

• Experience in reporting design, development, and maintenance

• Proficiency in Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), including measures, calculated columns, and tables
• Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio and Structured Query Language
• Experience with Power Platform and related applications
• Experience with Fabric
• Familiarity with HR data
• Experience collaborating with talent acquisition

The role offers a remote work environment, providing the opportunity to work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with the latest features and support.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $68.00/hr.
