• Serve as a consultative resource for retirement colleagues on compliance matters for ERISA and non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise on plan design, compliance, and due diligence for M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal and external audiences
• Create training materials for professional development related to qualified plan administration
• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and industry trends to support colleague discussions

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and retirement plan requirements
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Strong communication skills with an executive presence
• Bachelor’s Degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
