• Manage a portfolio of complex programs and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific functional areas
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Lead program-specific meetings and drive teams to deliver goals while managing interdependencies
• Own the entire program life cycle, from strategy initiation to deployment and maintenance
• Develop and govern KPI reporting for program portfolios, providing visibility into milestones and performance

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, human resources, or related field
• 7+ years of proven experience in a program management role
• Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile Methodology and large data set analysis
• Strong ability to streamline complex issues into clear process documents

• Completed or working toward PMP certification
