Join the Professional Services team at Kinaxis as a Client Partner. In this role you will structure and sell the services required to successfully deploy Kinaxis Maestro (formerly Rapid Response) and associated services within North America. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve complex supply‑chain challenges and ensuring an optimal delivery plan.

AboutThe Role
As a Client Partner you will leverage your knowledge of Maestro, your commercial acumen, and your experience in the supply‑chain space to act as a trusted advisor, identify and promote Kinaxis solutions, and ensure an optimal delivery plan for clients.
What you will do- Identify sales and services opportunities for an assigned book of business and manage ongoing engagements throughout the services‑sale lifecycle.
- Present deployment methodology and make recommendations on phased approaches to deployments.
- Develop strategic account plans to meet assigned revenue targets.
- Partner with the internal Sales team to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive SOWs, including communication of required cost, time, and resources.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand client business issues and develop a design direction.
- Build productive partnerships with internal stakeholders across Professional Services, Product Management, Support Services, and Sales.
- Help establish referenceable clients for Kinaxis.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations engaged in the sales or deployment of Kinaxis solutions.
- Act as the deployment trusted advisor for customers and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, process engineering, business, supply‑chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience in large‑scale, complex implementations in software consulting services, including hands‑on SOW development.
- Minimum 5 years of professional services sales experience with new customers.
- A background in consulting.
- Excellent communication skills, able to gain trust quickly with all customer levels up to C‑suite.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Dynamic and critical thinker who balances deployment intricacies with strategic project views.
- Ability to travel 30‑60% domestically and occasional international travel.
- Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response certification (Contributor, Author, or Admin) is an asset.
