• Manage all aspects of the sourcing process for the organization
• Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships
• Identify, collect, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support procurement decisions
• Monitor and report performance of contractual agreements and projects
• Manage the supplier onboarding process and perform other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and Zip
• Understanding of basic financial analysis concepts
• Familiarity with principles of supply management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail

• Experience with procurement processes in a corporate environment
• Familiarity with database design and maintenance for contract monitoring
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
• Previous experience in supplier performance monitoring and compliance reporting
