The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full‑time Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing dashboarding, modeling, and forecasting analyses for key revenue generating analysis across all Delaware North Gaming properties. PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

- Utilize tools such as Tableau, R, SQL, Python, Databricks, and a data warehouse to query and drive reporting and analysis on a holistic level
- Design new and innovative analytical solutions to predict customer behaviors and recommend actions to drive desired outcomes
- Research key trends affecting the casino and hospitality industries
- Create advanced data visualizations for discovery and timely insights, trends, forecasts, and business performance drivers
- Develop presentation materials that synthesize analyses for senior management consumption and communicate analysis findings clearly, concisely, and compellingly
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, mathematics, computer science, economics, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Tableau and SQL expertise for visualization
- Experience working with large volumes of data; experience with gaming and casino data, point-of-sale data, and pricing is a plus
- Ability to apply theoretical or experiential knowledge on predictive modeling to solve large-scale business problems
- Knowledge of fundamental concepts of marketing, such as positioning, segmentation, and consumer behavior
- Understanding of complex digital ecosystems and metrics available for collection and analysis
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
