The

** has an excellent opportunity for a
** Client Services Manager
** for the National Corporate Relations Team. This is a remote position.
In this role, you are responsible for providing
** operational, financial, and contracting support
** for Strategic Corporate Accounts to ensure compliance and execution excellence. You serve as a key operational partner to the National Corporate Relations team and cross-functional teams, overseeing internal contract management, financials, budget management, reporting, and issue resolution to support successful delivery of account-funded initiatives.
This role requires independent judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex processes while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

** Responsibilities*
* ** Account Operations & Relationship Support*
* + Serve as the
** primary operational point of contact
** for Strategic Corporate Accounts, providing day-to-day support.
+ Act as a trusted internal resource to ensure account needs are addressed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organizational policies and agreements.
+ Anticipate operational risks or issues and proactively recommend and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
** Legal, Contracting & Compliance*
* + Support the execution and management of sponsor agreements and amendments in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders.
+ Maintain accurate contract records and documentation to support audits, renewals, and reporting needs.
+ Support the
** end-to-end contract lifecycle
** for assigned corporate accounts, including intake, drafting, redlining, internal review, approval routing, execution, and final storage.
+ Independently
** review, redline, and negotiate contractual terms
** internally in partnership with Legal, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, risk tolerance, and account objectives.
+ Coordinate internal reviews with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders to resolve contract questions, track revisions, and maintain momentum toward execution.
+ Ensure all executed agreements, amendments, and related documentation are complete, accurate, and properly stored to support audits, renewals, and ongoing account management.
+ Provide ongoing contract management support post-execution, including interpretation of terms, tracking obligations and deliverables.
+ Ensure all account-related activities comply with contractual terms, organizational policies, and approval requirements.
** Financial Management*

** Manage and oversee account finances
** for assigned corporate accounts, ensuring accurate tracking.
+ Perform and support
** financial reconciliation** , ensuring alignment between contracts, invoices, recorded revenue, and investigate and resolve discrepancies in partnership with Finance.
+ Support
** invoice readiness** , billing documentation, and revenue recognition processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
+ Monitor financial performance and proactively identify risks, variances, or compliance concerns.
