Job Title: Remote Strategic Planning Consultant
Hourly Pay: $42 - $48/hour

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Consultant to help clients develop and execute long‑term business strategies. You will partner with organizations to create clear, data‑driven plans that drive growth, improve performance, and support key decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess business needs, current strategies, and performance
• Develop strategic plans that align with business goals and support long‑term success
• Advise on market entry, product development, and expansion strategies
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to inform decision‑making
• Guide implementation of strategic plans across departments and functions
• Identify KPIs to evaluate the success of initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide ongoing consultation and facilitate strategy workshops with executive teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning or management consulting
• Proficient in strategic frameworks, market research, and data analysis
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience guiding senior leadership
• Proven ability to develop and implement actionable strategic plans
• Collaborative mindset with a results‑oriented approach
