What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Optimize and improve existing Sales Development Representative (SDR) processes for scalability
  • Partner with SDR leaders to enhance productivity and improve pipeline generation quality
  • Design and manage lead management, routing, and qualification processes
  • Create and support regular business reporting needs and Salesforce dashboards
  • Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine the Go-to-Market strategy and implement outreach methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • At least 4+ years of experience within a Revenue organization focused on SDR productivity
  • Strong operations background with a passion for improving processes and leveraging technology
  • Proven experience optimizing and implementing new workflows and technology in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in establishing benchmark KPIs and assessing performance with business leaders
