This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter | Transition Consultant based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Recruiter | Transition Consultant will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for financial professionals, establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, and provide expert consulting to guide career transitions. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing projects, and providing training and support to ensure successful placements.
This role requires a consultative approach to match clients with highly qualified financial professionals tailored to their business needs.
- Strong Communication and Consulting skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of professionals.
- Knowledge of Finance and the Financial Services industry, with a focus on investment securities and financial advising.
- Project Management experience, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in Training and mentoring individuals to foster professional growth and successful transitions.
- Proficiency in relationship building, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, combining in-office and remote work flexibility in Chicago, IL.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
