• Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-year strategy for Payroll, aligning it with the employer's broader roadmap
• Lead cross-functional teams to build platform capabilities that enhance compliance and improve Payroll reliability
• Communicate trade-offs and build strong business cases for executive and senior leadership stakeholders
• Utilize analytics and qualitative insights to guide product prioritization and measure success
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Payroll and financial workflows, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and at least 3 years in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with financial product onboarding experiences, including KYC and risk mitigation practices
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with executives and senior management
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

• Experience leading product teams in a Fintech environment, from ideation to launch
• Background in customer and market research, with a focus on understanding customer needs and market trends
• Ability to build different narratives and connect meaningfully with various stakeholders
