• Serve as Program Manager for strategic GTM initiatives.
• Translate executive vision into actionable program plans.
• Drive execution of cross-functional projects and programs.
• Own projects and programs to address critical gaps.
• Create and maintain documentation and workflows for programs.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide analytics and reporting.

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives.
• Experience managing large, ambiguous projects.
• Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Deep understanding of GTM motions and customer post-sales lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Experience with Customer Success Platforms and AI tools is a plus.
