• Supply Chain Optimization:
  Collaborate closely with suppliers to identify and proactively mitigate potential issues in the supply chain.
• Point of Contact (POC):
  Serve as a point of contact for day‑to‑day matters regarding direct purchase agreements and inquiries.
• SLA Definition and Management:
  Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with pharmacy partners.
• Contract Management:
  Manage the documentation and administration of contracts focusing on supply chain efficiency.
• Issue Resolution:
  Proactively identify and address challenges or concerns faced by clients.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  Work closely with teams across Revenue/Growth, Product, and Engineering.
• SOP Development:
  Develop and implement standard operating procedures to align with market best practices.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or strategic account management.
• In‑depth understanding of supply chain dynamics and ability to proactively address potential issues.
• Experience in defining, implementing, and managing SLAs with a focus on performance monitoring.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Track record of achieving strategic account management targets.
