• Serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for assigned clients, addressing their business questions and challenges
• Leverage consumer panel and survey data to deliver insights that enhance sales and marketing effectiveness for clients
• Drive client engagement and maximize the utilization of contracted resources to achieve business results
• Collaborate with clients and product teams to develop and prototype new solutions that meet client needs
• Generate thought leadership content, including webinars and training materials, to support client engagement

• Bachelor’s Degree required;
  Master’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting or CPG roles related to Brand Marketing, Market Research, or Shopper Insights
• Strong project management skills and ability to build and manage customer relationships
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Python and SQL is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities

• Experience in consulting, product, sales support, or service delivery in the software industry
• Familiarity with competitive product offerings such as Retail Loyalty Card systems and household panel data
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence software such as Tableau and Business Objects
