Job Responsibilities
  • Research incoming order requests and provide accurate and detailed ordering instructions
  • Respond to internal customer and vendor requests primarily through email
  • Update file status within company and/or client systems
  • Develop strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor processes and resolve issues to achieve service level agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in Project Management, Account Management, and Vendor Network Management
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with vendor management and performance analysis
  • Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems
  • Professional demeanor and positive service attitude
