Senior Partner Operations Analyst

• Collaborate with Sales and Partner teams to define strategic projects and process improvements for partner engagement
• Work cross-functionally to support operational programs aligned with the organizational strategy
• Provide operational support for the Partner organization, including leadership updates on KPIs and reporting
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce related to Partner programs and processes
• Drive accountability and measure results for impactful programs and processes

• 4 - 6 years of experience supporting Partner operations, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise-focused organizations
• Proven experience in implementing scalable programs and processes
• Familiarity with building systems processes and automation for MSP/MSSP routes to market
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Impartner; experience with Looker is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities as the organization grows
• Familiarity with industry trends in cloud security and partner ecosystems
