• Execute streamlined processes to ensure customers receive their Utility Rebate credit on account in accordance with service level agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and advocate for customer needs
• Assist with payment and credit reconciliation monthly
• Communicate with local sales or sales management to address process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
• Attend scheduled internal and external program meetings

• Strong ability to identify and document process improvements while collaborating with the Operations Analyst
• Strong attention to detail with data integrity in reporting and required data
• Self-motivated with a quick learning ability
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction in various settings
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience using PowerBI
• Strong organizational and critical thinking/decision-making skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
