Commercial Account Executive - Mid-Market, West

Overview

Employer Industry: Software Development (Dev Sec Ops )

• Own and manage a broad Mid-Market book of business, focusing on new and expansion opportunities
• Articulate the value of the AI-powered Dev Sec Ops  platform to mid-market prospects and customers
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting and qualification of opportunities
• Document buying criteria, decision processes, and key stakeholders to run disciplined sales cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive pre- and post-sales experience

• Experience selling SaaS solutions and leading value-based conversations with stakeholders
• Ability to manage a mid-market territory, owning a book of business from prospecting to close
• Skill in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, including effective negotiation and closing
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting activity and maintaining accurate territory documentation
• Clear and structured communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to various audiences

• Interest in Git Lab, open source, and tools that support software development
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events as needed
• Experience working with development or Dev Sec Ops  teams
