Position

The Senior Workforce Planning Analyst, under minimal supervision, executes large-scale workforce planning initiatives and projects. This role involves collecting and analyzing workforce data, forecasting staffing needs, and contributing to the development of strategies to ensure the organization has the right number of employees with the right skills. The Senior Workforce Planning Analyst will work closely with the Workforce Planning Supervisor and other People & Culture team members to align workforce planning with business goals.

This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX;
Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Leads and supports large‑scale workforce planning projects by executing key initiatives, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and delivering status updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Performs advanced workforce analytics, incorporating external labor market data and future‑of‑work insights to guide strategic planning.
  • Builds and refines workforce forecasts and modeling tools aligned with business priorities and industry trends.
  • Partners with People & Culture, business leaders, Talent Development, and the PMO to coordinate planning efforts and address critical skill gaps.
  • Contributes to enterprise workforce strategy frameworks and ensures all planning processes comply with organizational policies and regulations.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic human resources, workforce planning, organization development, industrial psychology, data science or talent development.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
What would be nice for you to have:
  • Certification in workforce planning or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential materials and employee information.
