• Support the maintenance and application of enterprise revenue metric definitions across Salesforce, CPQ, and reporting tools
• Assist with validation of Salesforce and CPQ changes to identify downstream reporting impacts
• Analyze forecast variance, accuracy, and bias trends across teams and time periods
• Use SQL and reporting tools to extract, analyze, and validate pipeline, activity, and revenue data
• Support the preparation of decision-support reporting, including weekly pipeline and revenue performance summaries

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in analytics, finance, economics, or a related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with working SQL proficiency
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures and forecasting fundamentals
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in Salesforce‑centric SaaS or B2B environments
• CPQ exposure is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline‑driven environments
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience supporting forecasting and performance reporting
