** The Job
** Support the planning and management of the stichd product range to help achieve business goals, working closely with merchandiser, other internal teams and external partners. Assist in providing product input, gathering data for analysis, and supporting the merchandising team in delivering a strong product assortment for all sales channels.
** Your Mission**
* ** Product Assortment Support:
** Assist with collecting and organizing product feedback from sales channels. Help prepare materials for product range reviews and support the team in following commercial guidelines.
* ** Market/Customer-Specific Product Development**:
Help coordinate country- or customer-specific product requests, including exclusive items and collaborations, under the guidance of senior team members.
* ** Go-to-Market Assistance:
** Support the preparation of product information, competitor overviews, and sales tools (such as digital catalogs and presentations). Help organize meetings and follow up on action items.
* ** Merchandising Operations:
** Assist with maintaining product data in systems, help review pricing, and support the management of order timelines and ad hoc tasks as needed.
** Your Talent
*** Degree in related field (fashion, sports, business) and 1-2 years experience in a retail, sports, or fashion environment;
* Interest in product ranging and analysis;
* Good communication and organizational skills;
* Proficient in MS Office;
* Fluent in English;
* Willingness to learn and support teams, including occasional travel.
* This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
