• Create and implement standard operating procedures and processes related to Supply Chain Operations
• Provide analytical support focused on non-payroll expense reduction and operational optimization
• Mentor and coach other Analysts as appropriate

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Background in supply chain/logistics or an analytically driven field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, SQL, and VBA for data analysis and management
• Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively within tight timelines

• Experience using AIMs modeling software or equivalent tools such as Supply Chain Guru or Logic Net Plus
• Familiarity with statistical and data-mining tools (e.g., Minitab, SQL Server)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of various Supply Chain systems, network modeling, and ERP software
