Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) systems and business operations
• Participate in project implementation and enhancements, defining system functionality and reporting requirements
• Prepare and present training to end users on WFM systems
• Investigate and analyze user requests, providing solutions to operational problems
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and organizational policies related to workforce management

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience (Required)
• Strong communication and computer literacy skills
• Critical thinking and teamwork abilities
• Capability to work independently

• Experience in training end users on technical systems
• Knowledge of WFM guidelines and procedures
• Familiarity with data analysis and report generation
• Skills in trend analysis and graphical data presentation
