Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide short-term support for high-priority initiatives, including merger and acquisition–related projects. This role will assist with coordinating timelines, documentation, and cross-functional communication while ensuring projects stay on track. This is a fully remote, temporary opportunity with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking
- Coordinate communication and reporting across executive leadership and internal teams
- Support due diligence activities by organizing documentation and tracking action items
- Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues as needed
- Help manage post-integration activities, including process alignment and documentation
- Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and maintain organization
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting project coordination or project management initiatives
- Exposure to M&A, integration, or cross-functional projects preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management software ( experience is a plus)
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- 90-day contract with potential to extend based on business needs
- Fully remote work environment
