Job Description

What you will do for C&F:

  • Perform Legal Collections intake of cases. Research potential in force coverage, prior balances and credits.
  • Manage and Maintain team mailbox (including researching and responding to inquiries).
  • Agency management – maintain follow up dates and ensure cases are returned per vendor agreements.
  • Leverage experience working with AI and system integrations to improve and manage internal tracking, reporting, and management processes.

What you will bring to C&F:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Accurate data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and an aptitude to learn new programs.
  • Experience with AI tools and system integrations such as workflow automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage technology-driven solutions for process improvement, reporting, and data management.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, reporting dashboards, and integration of multiple software systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Show initiative, and independent follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to engage cross functionally across teams and businesses.
  • Astute analytical and problem solving skills, broad and accurate administrative capabilities and naturally diplomatic communicative abilities.
  • Must be effective at developing and maintaining productive & professional relationships among the employee group and outside stakeholders.
  • High level of energy, commitment, professionalism
  • Ability to work in an intense, highly dynamic work environment
