- Define and analyze metrics and KPIs to enhance the Product Management function
- BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- 6+ years of experience in business applications development or product management for internal products
- Experience working across large, complex, cross-functional business units
- Strong communication skills for navigating trade-off discussions
- Background in Agile environments and familiarity with Jira
- Prior experience in AML and KYC within the Fintech sector
- Product management experience in customer support applications
- Experience in launching AI-based products
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency
