Company MissionOur mission is to give the world access to the best products by empowering great brands to reach their growth potential.
About WayflyerToday's consumer brands need a capital provider that keeps pace with their growth ambitions. Traditional financing options are slow, cumbersome and often out of reach. That's why we built Wayflyer. Our unique technology allows us to assess businesses in minutes, generate financing offers that reflect their growth potential and send funds in as little as 24 hours. Since launching in April 2020, we've deployed over $4.5 bn to thousands of brands worldwide, backed by Tier 1 banks like J.P. Morgan.
We've become a trusted financing partner for brands such as True Classic, Little Words Project and Kekoa Foods.
We value being sound people, excellent operators, and ambitious overachievers, working together with integrity, creativity and bold optimism to deliver exceptional results.
Your Role at a GlanceThe key ways you'll bring value to the team: explore early ideas, test them with real customers, and help shape the future of Wayflyer’s product portfolio. It’s the perfect role for someone who wants to grow as a product manager while working on highly strategic, innovative challenges or who enjoys the entrepreneurial journey within an existing organisation.
Responsibilities- Explore new customer problems and unmet needs across eCommerce and other markets.
- Work with your product trio to prototype, test, and validate ideas quickly.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, experiment design, and prototyping.
- Partner with commercial teams, data, product and design teams to shape new opportunities.
- Help define the early roadmap for new product bets, balancing quick experiments with longer‑term potential.
- Contribute to building repeatable ways of working for innovation inside Wayflyer.
- Run structured discovery: interview customers, gather insights, and frame clear problem statements.
- Use AI‑powered tools for customer research, data analysis, and insight generation.
- Design and run experiments (e.g., landing pages, no‑code tests, prototypes) to validate assumptions.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering to bring early‑stage ideas to life.
- Track experiment results and share learnings clearly with the team and stakeholders.
- Support shaping early business cases—how a new product could create customer and business impact.
- Contribute to product reviews, idea sessions, and cross‑team collaborations that build Wayflyer’s innovation muscle.
- 2–4 years of product management (or adjacent) experience, ideally in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up.
- Curiosity and creativity: energized by exploring open‑ended spaces and turning ambiguity into clarity.
- A bias for action and experimentation: prefer testing and learning over endless debate.
- Strong discovery skills: know how to talk to customers, dig into pain points, and synthesize insights.
- Comfort working in uncertainty: enjoy figuring things out when there’s no clear path.
- Collaborative mindset: work well in a cross‑functional team and bring people along on the journey.
- Entrepreneurial spark: think like a founder and are motivated by building something new.
- Interest in using AI: always try out the latest AI solutions and models and are early adopters.
We’ll hear from a member of our Talent Acquisition team soon.
