• Manage and grow business through defined plans and consistent communication with assigned owners
• Coach and train top retail sellers on products, programs, and technologies to influence grower decisions
• Execute strategies using tools like the Account Plan and Farmer by Farmer Plan, monitoring progress against plans
• Communicate the total acre value proposition to top retailer sellers at the farm‑gate level
• Coordinate with local manufacturer representatives and manage discretionary seed trials

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business‑related field plus 2 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 7 years of equivalent experience
• Proficient in using Microsoft products and CRM software (Salesforce)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
• Ability to work independently and manage productivity in a fast‑paced environment
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50%

• Experience in technical agriculture product or crop expertise
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to change and lead others through transitions
• Solid experience managing projects effectively
