Corporate Benefits - Benefits Operations Analyst - Valhalla, NY (Hybrid role)

Join USI Insurance Services as a Benefits Operations Analyst to support employees and families by providing expert guidance and maintaining the integrity of our benefits programs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily support to employees and HR partners on USI’s benefits programs.
• Collaborate with carrier and vendor partners to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze benefit utilization, employee feedback, and vendor performance to inform program enhancements.
• Develop a specialty area (e.g., disability, wellness, healthcare reform) and lead innovation in that space.
• Develop and deliver engaging, tech-enabled presentations to new hires and employee groups.
• Support the digital benefit enrollment process, life event changes, claims, and account maintenance.
• Create and maintain dynamic, user-friendly content across internal systems and communication channels.
• Contribute to open enrollment strategy, communications, and post-enrollment recaps using data insights.

What You Bring

• Education:
  
  BA/BS in Business Administration or HR Management preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3–5+ years of direct experience in employee benefits, with a strong understanding of plan design and compliance.
• Skills:
  
  strong analytical ability, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and benefits administration systems; experience with UKG a plus.
• Excellent communicator with a passion for simplifying complex information.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and approaches.
• Committed to delivering exceptional service and protecting employee confidentiality.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000; bonus-eligible with a target incentive of 5%.
