The Process Excellence and Industrialization team has three core pillars—process engineering, operational risk management and industrialization. The team has been structured to drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation and operational resilience. The pillars work together to show the full risk profile of Enterprise Solutions.

• Drive operational resilience through documentation, testing and governance programs.
• Identify gaps in process documentation and continuity plans.
• Build programs and plans which meet corporate guidance while accommodating the Enterprise Solution specific needs.

Base salary range: $131,377 to $157,000 (may vary by geographic location).

Eligible for additional compensation such as annual incentive bonus plan.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Risk Management, Governance or Control testing.
• Sound knowledge of Risk and Controls practices.
• Proven ability to identify issues/defects and recommend solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to meet operational deadlines and multitask.
• Must be detail oriented, well organized, and a self-starter.
