In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth for assigned Categories and Brands. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement, while also coaching and developing your team to enhance their capabilities.
This role aims to foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic insight, ultimately helping the company achieve its long-term goals.
- Develop and implement a cross-channel business plan for assigned Category/Brand.
- Coach and empower team members to enhance their skills and drive growth.
- Contribute to the development of the 18-month Category Plan with sales leadership.
- Own the cross-channel Business Plan and advocate for assigned customers.
- Recommend an integrated customer plan and support business plan releases.
- Deploy tools and processes to eliminate waste and support organizational goals.
- 5+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Sales Planning experience or equivalent, preferably with internal or external exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Category dynamics and consultative solution selling abilities.
- Experience in Category Business Planning and Insights, including Diamond Planning process.
- Familiarity with key company processes.
