What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Manage the complete partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and revenue generation
  • Conduct regular business reviews with alliance partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Meet revenue targets and manage the sales pipeline through strategic negotiations
  • Provide partners with training, sales enablement tools, and ongoing support
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in alliance and channel partner sales, ideally in payment processing
  • Strong personal network and relationships within the government payments industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with government-focused partners, such as system integrators and ISVs
  • Familiarity with the Federal Government procurement process and partner ecosystem
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
