Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in-office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday). This requirement does not apply to support specialist positions.

The Product Manager will be part of an innovative build team designing a state of the art, greenfield platform for our Health & Benefits customers. This role is responsible for contributing to product strategy and delivery including generating actionable content, collaborating with teams, managing ambiguity and driving outcomes. This role guides a team of engineers, designers, architects and quality assurance analysts with a single focus on developing a solution that delights and delivers value.

Individuals that thrive in this role are self-motivated, highly organized, passionate about customer experience, prioritize autonomously, and collaborate in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. This role will be defining and managing a product roadmap and feature backlog for a specific build team and will report to the Director, Product Management.

• Conducts and/or consumes market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and threats.
• Habitually conducts and/or participates in end user interviews, focus groups, user testing and rapid experimentation to ensure solutions are exceeding the needs of customers.
• Develops a product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Defines product requirements and features with detailed specifications.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Prioritizes features and improvements, making trade-offs as needed.
