The RoleAs a Client Partner
, you’ll work with warm, inbound enquiries and guide interested professionals through our structured information process. You’ll help clients clarify their goals, understand our development programs, and determine the most aligned pathway forward.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role suited to someone who is confident communicating with senior-level professionals and enjoys operating with a high level of autonomy in their day-to-day work.
What You’ll Do- Engage with warm, pre-qualified enquiries and conduct professional-level conversations.
- Understand client aspirations and provide clear guidance on available programs and next steps.
- Manage your schedule independently, coordinating calls and follow-up conversations.
- Work within our established framework to support client decision-making and progression.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients, creating a positive experience throughout their journey.
- Continuously develop your own skills through our online training and development environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, advisory, consulting, HR, coaching, client services, or leadership.
