Responsibilities
- Primary NA SAP Strategic Alliances Director, responsible for overseeing the alliance relationship with SAP.
- Works closely with SAP to create a compelling SAP Business Plan for license and services revenue
- Regularly communicate with partner alliance management counterparts and other key partner stakeholders as needed, including ad hoc communications/events that require cross-functional communication
- Build strong and sustainable strategic relationships within partner sales teams, sales management, and executives.
- Lead the development and execution of GTM activities including field events as the primary contact for SAP relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders at your assigned partners to ensure that all parties are satisfied with progress and deliver on business outcomes of the partnership.
- Coordinate a win-win partnering approach where leads and opportunities go both ways.
- Work with local market leaders to co-create a strategic partner road map, including focused partnerships, account mappings, sales/revenue goals, marketing/event plans and local market enablement strategy
- Help identify opportunities to leverage partner funding and work with local market leaders to apply funds
- Proactively communicate on partner channel pipeline and forecasting. Looks for gaps and areas for improvement
- Deliver local market events to increase brand awareness, demonstrate partnership capabilities, and help build sales pipeline
- Advise internal activities including product improvements, marketing, sales enablement, services, and support.
- Candidate should have a winning mentality to drive program for SAP HBU.
- Ideal candidate will have 5+ years SAP Alliances, Sales or Marketing experience with a strong understanding of SAP process. Ability to navigate SAP ecosystem.
