Overview

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Trade Accounts to join our team!

The Supervisor, Trade Accounts provides supports and/or leads the client acquisition and/or industry partnership opportunities and retention efforts for assigned business units. This includes the management of strategic industry relationships, implementation of service, and other sales-related initiatives for a variety of client and/or industry partner audiences—current, prospective, and consultant. This role contributes to on-time and quality completion of projects through collaboration with the Patient Services, Clinical Services, Enhanced Services, Trade teams, and cross-functional internal and external customers.

It supports process improvement and competitive positioning to improve efficiency and capture strategic client or partner opportunities. The Supervisor, Trade Accounts may contribute to departmental employee recruiting, development, and retention objectives by supporting training, coaching and succession planning.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 3 or more Trade Client Services Coordinators and set clear team goals, monitor progress, and mentor team members.
  • Ensure daily work output/targets are met in an accurate and timely manner, escalating urgent or time-sensitive matters appropriately using professional judgment and based on business need.
  • Present, sell, and implement appropriate program-specific business solutions for customers to establish a credible image.
  • Develop materials for and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for strategic partner accounts; capture customer feedback and provide follow-up data or metrics.
  • Identify and support business needs of prospective customers during the implementation phase and provide ongoing support.
  • Provide program-specific solutions (products and services) that improve the customer’s business.
  • Cross-sell bundled solutions by aligning customer objectives with Navitus Health Solutions offerings.
  • Support management of relationships with Hub Vendors to meet program KPIs as defined.
  • Network and leverage relationships with pharmacy partners in the territory to drive results.
  • Act as a liaison for customers by defining problems, analyzing information, proposing alternative solutions, and seeking additional assistance when needed.
  • Support proposal analysts by developing proposal content and repositories based on organizational and client initiatives.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Trade Client Services Coordinator team to ensure timely management of client needs.
  • Support client acquisition and industry partnership opportunities by drafting original, persuasive responses to RFPs and other sales-related documents; coordinate projects and provide follow-up and reporting.
  • Understand target markets and trends in those markets and how products and services may be utilized in them.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and present the financial impact of proposed opportunities to leadership.
  • Participate in marketing strategy development for the company’s operating divisions and products to capitalize on market drivers and strengthen corporate image.
  • Support development of compelling marketing content and collaborate with design teams to drive brand awareness through industry publications, media, and PR opportunities.
  • Contribute to efficiency improvements and the capture of strategic client opportunities using approved resources for proposal and presentation development.
  • Establish and maintain analytic reports for invoicing clients and collaborate with finance to track payments.
  • Work cross-functionally with data and analytics teams on required data extracts for manufacturer programs and troubleshoot as needed.
