• Build and manage relationships with business owners and executives using our CRM and outreach strategies
• Lead structured strategy sessions (discovery, planning, prioritization, and accountability)
• Translate business goals into an actionable strategic plan inside our proprietary software
• Guide implementation and performance improvement focused on growth, profitability, and execution discipline
• Maintain organized client communication, follow-ups, and progress tracking

• Strong communication skills (comfortable leading client conversations with owners/executives)
• Analytical thinking and the ability to diagnose business challenges and opportunities

We offer two career paths.

If you work inside our agency:
Performance-based commission compensation. Top performers earn $60k-$120k in their first year. Our goal is to graduate you to an independent agent upon completion of your contract.

If you establish your own agency:
Unlimited earnings potential. Top performers earn $80k-$300k in their first year with well-established peak performers earning more than $1M annually.
