This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service and Sales Support Coordinator, based in Warrington with opportunities to work from home. The coordinator will manage communication with customers and dealers, provide exceptional sales support, and resolve inquiries or issues efficiently. Responsibilities include order processing, liaising between departments to ensure timely deliveries, maintaining records, and updating customers on their orders.
Additional tasks involve assisting the sales team with administrative duties and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and dealers.
- Proficiency in sales support, order processing, and administrative tasks, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges effectively.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and logistics coordination tools.
- Experience in the catering or commercial equipment industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with a self-motivated and flexible approach.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in business or customer relations is advantageous.
