Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various prospecting methods, including cold calling and leveraging internal partners
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding best-fit scenarios and decision-making personas
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships to foster long-term client partnerships
  • Utilize a sophisticated sales process to manage multiple complex opportunities over a typical 3-6 month sales cycle
  • Complete administrative tasks and duties in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B complex sales cycle role
  • Proven experience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Proficiency in technology and common software applications, including MS Office and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building a personal book of business through effective prospecting and networking
  • Ability to establish strong ecosystem partnerships for business referrals
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high professional ethical standards
  • Proven track record of successful consultative selling
  • Adaptability to manage balancing priorities effectively
