- Build and maintain a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various prospecting methods, including cold calling and leveraging internal partners

- Utilize a sophisticated sales process to manage multiple complex opportunities over a typical 3-6 month sales cycle

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B complex sales cycle role
- Proven experience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Proficiency in technology and common software applications, including MS Office and CRM systems
- Experience building a personal book of business through effective prospecting and networking
- Ability to establish strong ecosystem partnerships for business referrals
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high professional ethical standards
- Proven track record of successful consultative selling
- Adaptability to manage balancing priorities effectively
