Position: Sr. Customer Success Manager, Grammarly for Education

Responsibilities
  • Own the full post-sales customer lifecycle for assigned enterprise education accounts
  • Lead renewal strategies, including pricing proposals and contract negotiations
  • Conduct strategic account reviews and provide tailored insights to reinforce value
  • Drive adoption and product usage through engagement strategies and customer education
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation priorities
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role with Education industry customers
  • Proven success managing large, strategic accounts and exceeding retention and revenue goals
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative, customer-centric approach
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking activities and project milestones
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with in the EdTech sector
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Familiarity with the AI landscape, especially Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners, including product and engineering
