Diagnostics Solutions Executive (USA, REMOTE)
Join Danaher Corporation as a Diagnostics Solutions Executive. In this fully remote role you will partner across Danaher Diagnostics Operating Companies to provide a Danaher Diagnostic Solution to top U.S. accounts, cultivating strong relationships and delivering cross‑portfolio offerings that drive growth, market share and brand awareness.
Responsibilities- Understand the business and financial goals of your customer and put together a sound account plan that demonstrates why Danaher Diagnostics is the partner of choice.
- Develop relationships within the C‑suite of select accounts and key stakeholders such as committee members, procurement, medical directors, etc.
- Build and lead the strategic year‑over‑year business plan within each health system, incorporating key value drivers for both the customer and for Danaher Diagnostics to drive revenue growth and sustained partnership.
- Utilize the Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to lead sales campaigns, ensuring every team member understands the value proposition and how their actions tie into the broader partnership.
- Partner with Delivery Operations to ensure successful installation, go‑live and post‑install maintenance, providing a high‑level view of all account activities, quality of service, and escalating to executive leadership when needed.
- Partner with Operating Company commercial leadership to align local teams with overall health system goals, providing coaching, mentoring and leadership to commercial associates.
- Manage funnel velocity, account action plan development and execution, executive‑level selling of OpCo offerings, consolidate OpCo proposals, architect final solution and attend executive QBRs monitoring performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or sciences (master’s preferred).
- 20+ years of sales experience, at least 15 in hospitals or laboratories.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with a track record of executive‑level presentations.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
- Solid project management skills.
Physical Requirements
- Travel approximately 75% of the time.
- This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement; additional details are provided during the interview process.
- Base salary range: $230,000 – $270,000 (at time of posting; may be modified).
- Eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
