• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on business requirements and solution development
• Lead project teams in analyzing business needs and developing strategic solutions using Agile principles
• Collaborate with Product Owners and user experience analysts to develop scalable, user-centered solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and risk mitigation strategies
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior Business Analysts, promoting best practices in business analysis

• 5+ years of experience in a senior Business Analyst role or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis concepts and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with SaaS systems and technologies

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or commensurate work experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with Agile communication techniques and tools
