Operating in a fully remote environment across Europe, you will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team that values craftsmanship, speed, and thoughtful decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives on curiosity, rigor, and the challenge of building products users love.
- Conduct discovery through user interviews, competitive research, and data analysis to inform product strategy.
- Translate user needs into clear requirements, guiding engineers and designers to make informed product decisions.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from concept to rollout and adoption tracking.
- Craft compelling messaging around new features to support internal teams and user engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align product positioning with customer needs and business goals.
- Continuously iterate on products based on feedback, analytics, and market trends.
The ideal candidate combines product expertise with operational judgment and hands-on experience in software development.
- 6+ years of experience in the software industry.
- Prior experience in engineering and/or design roles is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional product sense and operational judgment with the ability to make high-quality decisions quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions while maintaining focus on user needs.
- Fully remote work across Europe with flexible scheduling.
- Paid lunches, coffee, and optional co-working space/office desk.
- Five weeks paid vacation and four months paid parental leave.
- Regular team events and offsites to foster collaboration and culture.
- Competitive employee-friendly equity terms, including early and extended exercise options.
- Opportunity to work with a highly talented, collaborative team on challenging and meaningful projects.
