Finance Analyst II - FP&A

Position Purpose

• Compile and analyze financial information for the company.
• Serve as a finance business partner to operations leaders by translating financial and operational data into actionable insights that support performance, cost management, and strategic decision-making.
• Improve financial visibility and decision support through enhanced reporting, modeling, and process improvements.

• Partner with operational stakeholders to understand business drivers, explain financial results, and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within financial reporting and forecasting to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Assist with developing integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information is recorded accurately.
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience.

Applicants for this role have the flexibility to work remotely from home anywhere within the continental United States.

Pay Range $56,200.00 - $ per year.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.

Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
