• Evaluate and improve onboarding processes to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
• Analyze onboarding data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance systems and tools utilized by the onboarding team
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that align with company objectives to boost revenue growth
• Manage onboarding procedures and reporting, ensuring quality assurance testing meets customer expectations

• 3+ years of experience in business operations or sales operations
• Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with collaborative systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Google, and Smartsheet

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment
• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and expand knowledge about the retirement industry
• Strong critical and logical thinking skills
